Book your New Patient Experience
Your New Patient Experience marks the first part of your journey with your chiropractor. This initial appointment has been designed to find out precisely what is going on, to help us give you the best care possible while also providing you with the knowledge and tools to help yourself through your care quickly and successfully.
The first appointment is your new patient Initial Consultation, which takes up to 1 Hour. This is where the chiropractor will go through your health history, carry out a chiropractic exam and take your specialised insight scans. You may also be referred out for x-rays if required (x-rays will only be considered if necessary based on individual circumstances. This will be discussed at the time and further details will be given).
The second part of your visit is your individual recommendations based on what we have discovered during your exam. This will be discussed and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions.
If it is safe to do so, it is very likely that we will begin care on the same day so your healing journey can begin. We are currently running a special offer where your first treatment is included in the consultation fee of £65.
We are flexible with appointments, so if you do need to change your times, we will do our best to accommodate. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your Initial Consultation appointment. Appointments missed, rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will incur the full fee.
