Your New Patient Experience forms the first part of your journey with your chiropractor. These initial appointments have been designed to find out precisely what is going on, to help us give you the best care possible while also providing you with the knowledge and tools to help yourself through your care quickly and successfully.
The first appointment is your new patient Initial Consultation, which takes up to 1 Hour. This is where the chiropractor will go through your health history, carry out a chiropractic exam and take your specialised insight scans. You may also be referred out for x-rays if required (x-rays will only be considered if necessary based on individual circumstances. This will be discussed at the time and further details will be given).
The second part of is your individual recommendation session, which is a shorter appointment of 20 minutes. Your chiropractor will discuss what they have found, how they can help by set out a plan for you.

Should you have any questions or concerns ahead of booking an appointment for your child or someone with additional needs, we are happy to arrange a telephone conversation with the chiropractor beforehand. Please call 01275235681 or email hi@mychiro.co.uk.
We are very flexible with appointments, so if you do need to change your times, we will do our best to accommodate. We kindly ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your Initial Consultation appointment. Appointments missed, rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours will incur a £30 fee.
